Job responsibilities:
- Client service management (negotiations, contracts, problem-solving, etc.);
- Project management (planning, order analysis, recruitment and selection, follow-up, etc.);
- Business development (market monitoring and research, preliminary contacts, etc.);
- Documents flow maintenance (database, reporting, financial documentation, etc.);
- 3 months adaptation process support;
- Candidate sourcing on various job boards, high level of expertise on building detailed queries across multiple job boards;
- Interviews/phone screening, face-to-face interviews, negotiations with the clients and candidates (salary/hourly rate, relocation, and compensation packages), etc;
- Providing high-level services rendered by the Company to the Clients;
Involved in all aspects of HR operational work including; resourcing, retention, reward and recognition, talent management, change programmes and employee engagement.
