• I created Viza Telecom Ltd in 2002. In 2006 we have obtained the License to setup up rural telephony in Uman coupled by Internet Service using Wireless Access technology.
• Elaboration of the project for the whole network with a capacity of 5000 phones subscribers and 500 Internet subscribers including the choice of manufacturer
• Implementation of the network: functionality and services setup etc. Software development: softswitch using asterisk Sip, SER and PingTel and TriBox on Fedora 8-9-10, LINUX RedHat 9 managed by Billing developed by myself. ISP operating system and Billing for FreeBsd (6.2, 7.0 and 7.2)

1997 - 2001Main objective is to open new telecommunication market for ZTE in Africa. Successfully created the Joint Venture Congo Chine Telecom with the Government of Democratic Republic of Congo. This joint venture is running now and is based in Kinshassa. The business field is GSM/CDMA network and Data transmission all over the country..
• Implementation of new Public Switching system in KAYES – Republic of Mali for about 1200 new subscribers. This project was realized for the Malian national telephone operator SOTELMA
• Wireless Local Loop network in Bamako – Mali. The basis capacity was 1000 subscribers. The network was sold to Sotelma (Malian National Operator)
